Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide Solar Winds Service Desk License Renewals. The contract will be for a one-year term, and the vendor must be a certified small business. The scope of work includes the renewal of Solar Winds licenses and maintenance. The vendor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid, and the proposed COTS software must be virus-free. The award will be made to a responsible and responsive vendor whose bid is determined to be the most favorable bid price or evaluated bid price to the State.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012), 060B2490021.
• The vendor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1.
• The vendor must include a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor with the bid.
• The vendor must provide all agreements and terms and conditions the Master Contractor expects the State to sign or to be subject to in connection with or in order to use the products or to be provided under this PORFP.
