Description
The project involves renovations to the elevator lobby, including removal and replacement of aluminum curtain wall systems, construction of gypsum walls, door and hardware replacement, installation of metal panel wall system, painting, and an add alternate to remove and replace carpet flooring and wall base. The work is estimated to cost $234,425.03. Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) and agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO).
