FORTIFY and IGNITE programs funding opportunity

The County of Hennepin is seeking proposals for two programs: FORTIFY (Fostering Opportunities for Resilience through Transformative Investments for Future Years) and IGNITE (Investing in Green Neighborhoods through Innovation, Transformation, and Emissions Reduction). The FORTIFY program aims to support community efforts to address climate adaptation and resiliency initiatives, while the IGNITE program provides funding to municipal partners and not-for-profit organizations to implement projects that reduce or prevent GHG emissions. • The proposal should include a plan for performing services, approach to performing services, experience and qualifications, and past performance. • The evaluation criteria will include the plan for performing services, experience and qualifications, past performance, and cost. • The County reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, and/or modify the RFP at any time. • Proposers are encouraged to submit their proposals well in advance of the due date.
