Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for the replacement of the parking lot and entrance ramp for the Department of Corrections 5th District Fort Des Moines Correctional Building 65/66. The selected firm will provide complete construction drawings and specifications, attend design kick-off meetings, collaborate with the construction manager, and provide construction administration services. The firm will also be responsible for conducting field examinations, providing minor drawing work, and coordinating with state agencies. The project is expected to commence in April 2026 and be completed by December 2026.
