BID NOTICE: 2026 ALLEY WATERMAIN REPLACEMENT

The City of Minot is seeking bids for the construction of the 2026 Alley Watermain Replacement project. The project includes mobilization, watermain replacement, asphalt removal, asphalt paving, installing gate valves, hydrants, and reconnecting water service lines, as well as other related work. Bidders must possess a valid North Dakota contractor's license and comply with Title VI requirements.
