Gwinnett County is seeking competitive sealed bids to replace the existing synthetic turf at Harbins Park’s multipurpose field. The work includes demolition and removal of the current turf system, proper disposal of old infill, and installation of new synthetic turf, infill, and a football/soccer goal system, while keeping park trails and sidewalks open throughout construction. The project requires a 5 % bid bond, and awardees must furnish 100 % performance and payment bonds rated A‑8 or higher. Plans are available on‑site and can be obtained free of charge from Breedlove Land Planning, Inc.
