The Department of Environmental Quality is seeking market insight to develop and execute an agency‑wide AI strategic plan. The effort includes identifying AI tools, establishing governance, creating a tiered workforce training program, developing permit evaluation keys, and implementing public‑facing AI services with ongoing support. This is a non‑binding RFI aimed at gathering vendor capabilities and recommendations.
