Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to lease approximately 6,500 net usable square feet of space in Carmel, NY, for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The space must be handicapped accessible, ADA compliant, and meet or exceed the Department of Veterans Affairs Life Safety codes and other applicable regulations. The lease will be for a term of 10 years, and the VA is seeking a modified gross lease that includes utilities, maintenance, and repairs. Interested parties must provide a capabilities statement, including company information, evidence of SDVOSB or VOSB status, and a summary of relevant experience.
• The space must be contiguous and on no more than one floor, with a minimum of 10 parking spaces, including 2 handicapped spaces.
• The space must meet specific information technology and security requirements.
• The building cannot be within a 100-year flood plain and must be zoned for intended use.
• The VA is seeking a lease with a rental rate that is economically advantageous to the Government.
