Texas State University is seeking a qualified Project Management and Consulting Services firm to conduct a comprehensive operational‑efficiency review and process redesign of construction‑management practices across its three largest university campuses (Texas State University, Sam Houston State University, and Lamar University). The work will involve in‑depth analysis of real‑world projects, identification of bottlenecks, and delivery of actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, cost‑control, and project delivery outcomes.
