RESERVE CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2024-2030

Oregon State University is establishing a long‑term Reserve Contract (2024‑2030) to pre‑qualify professional consulting firms across a broad spectrum of disciplines (architecture, engineering, planning, environmental, etc.). Selected firms will be placed on a pool and may receive individual “Supplements” (task orders) valued at $2 M or less throughout the contract term. The contract is electronic‑only; firms must complete an online Required Information Form, submit a schedule of hourly rates, provide proof of insurance, and sign via DocuSign. Rate escalations are permitted after two and four years, subject to OSU approval. The overall agreement runs until November 30, 2030, with each task order defining scope, price, and schedule.
