RESERVE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES 2024-2030

Oregon State University is establishing a Reserve Contract Program that pre‑qualifies contractors to provide a broad range of construction‑related services across all OSU campuses. The contract is effective upon signing and remains in force through November 30 2030, allowing the university to issue individual “Supplements” (mini‑projects) up to $2 million each. Contractors must hold an active Oregon Construction Contractor’s Board (CCB) license, meet insurance and bonding thresholds, comply with prevailing‑wage rules, and submit a Required Information Form (RIF) electronically by the August 31 2030 deadline.
