Description
The State of Vermont is seeking a multi‑year retainer contract to provide a full suite of professional IT services across 26 defined categories, ranging from business analysis and project management to cybersecurity incident response and GIS analytics. Vendors may pre‑qualify for any combination of categories by completing the pricing attachment, and rates must be firm for the five‑year contract term. Existing contractors must re‑qualify, while new firms must submit full technical and pricing proposals. The contract will be used by all Vermont state agencies (and potentially municipalities and schools) to issue individual Statements of Work under the retainer.
