The State of South Carolina is issuing a multi‑agency, fixed‑price term contract for Ellucian ERP (Banner and Colleague) consulting and program‑management services. The contract will be used by dozens of state‑run higher‑education institutions to obtain on‑site and remote technical, functional, reporting, project‑management, change‑management, and mainframe expertise on an as‑needed basis under individual Statements of Work.
• Provides 24 distinct labor categories (12 for Banner, 12 for Colleague) ranging from Technical Architects to Senior Project‑Management and Change‑Management consultants.
• Maximum hourly rates are pre‑set (e.g., $160/hr for Technical Architects, $115‑$150/hr for developers/reporters, $45/hr travel).
• Contract term runs from 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2028 with an initial 1‑year period and up to four optional 1‑year renewals.
• All work must comply with South Carolina security, insurance, and data‑ownership requirements; services are performed on‑site (where required) or remotely.
