Parking Study Services

The City of Indianapolis is seeking a vendor to provide parking study services. The selected vendor will be responsible for evaluating the age and general condition of all parking structures, including recent improvements, major maintenance work, or future plans. The vendor will also provide an assessment of the average/expected lifespan of parking structures based on structural system, usage intensity, etc. The initial evaluation will be based on the criteria and qualifications established in the RFQ, and subsequent evaluations will consider cost structure and schedule after vendor interviews. • The City prefers RFQs to be submitted in one PDF file. • The preferred formats for the parking inventory and data collection are ArcGIS shapefiles or equivalent and Microsoft Excel. • The City anticipates the data collection and overall study to be concluded within 6 months of contract execution. • The City will evaluate responses based on the criteria and qualifications established in the RFQ, as well as cost structure and schedule after vendor interviews.
