Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,000,000

Based on typical costs for small‑to‑medium park pavilion projects in upstate New York—including demolition, new structural steel or wood framing, concrete paving, ADA ramp, lighting, and guardrails—the total contract value is likely in the $500,000 to $1,000,000 range. Factors influencing the final amount include material choices (e.g., steel vs. timber), site conditions (soil, weather constraints), and any additional design or engineering services required.
