Description
The Jefferson County, Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide laundry equipment repair services. The contract will include troubleshooting, repair, installation, and replacement of laundry equipment. The contractor will be required to provide services within a three-day response time and follow all applicable state and local laws, ordinances, and codes. The contract will not exceed $25,000.00.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on experience and competence, capacity to perform the work, and past record of performance.
• The contractor will be required to submit a letter of interest, which should include company experience, history, testimonials, and recent examples of work performed.
• The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation categories, which will be scored as follows: experience and competence (30 points), capacity and capability (30 points), and past record of performance (40 points).
