The City of Salina is seeking a single new diesel‑powered rotary rough mower to service its municipal golf course. The vendor must provide a 2026‑or‑newer model meeting detailed performance, safety, and accessory specifications, include all warranties, digital manuals, and on‑site training for the City superintendent, and deliver FOB destination to the golf course. The bid is evaluated on lowest responsive price plus factors such as warranty, past performance, and life‑cycle cost. No bid security is required, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest and best responsive bidder.
• Provide one 150‑inch cutting‑width, 55 HP diesel rotary mower with full accessories (light kit, mulching blade, roller scraper, etc.).
• Include manufacturer’s warranty (minimum 1 year) and transfer it to the City; also supply digital parts/service manuals and training.
• Deliver FOB destination to Municipal Golf Course, Salina, KS; payment within 30 days of invoice and acceptance; sales tax excluded.
