Description
The County is seeking sealed competitive bids to demolish the existing synthetic turf at Harbins Park’s multipurpose field and install new turf, infill, and a goal system. The work includes removal of the old turf, disposal of existing infill, staging coordination, and keeping park trails and sidewalks open throughout construction. Bidders must submit a 5 % bid bond and, if awarded, provide full performance and payment bonds with an A‑8 rating. Plans are available free of charge from Breedlove Land Planning, Inc.
