Description
The Luke Air Force Base is seeking audio services for the 2026 Air Show. The project scope consists of setting up from March 18-19, operations from March 20-22, and removal/tear down from March 23. The vendor must provide a full Capabilities statement for the Government to determine Technical Acceptability.
• The quote submission deadline is January 12th, 2026 @ 1500 EST.
• Quotes must be valid through March 14th, 2026.
• The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, and no award will be made until funds are available.
