Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to perform on-site calibration of TempTrak sensors at the Martinsburg Veterans Affairs Medical Center and associated Community Based Outreach Clinics. The primary objective of the annual calibration is to provide accurate and reliable temperature and humidity sensor readings within critical refrigeration equipment. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and services necessary to perform the calibration and provide documentation thereof. The period of performance is expected to start in June 2026 and end in May 2027.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing all labor, materials, and services necessary to perform on-site calibration of TempTrak sensors
• Providing documentation of sensor calibration
• Uploading certification documentation into TempTrak upon completion
• Utilizing the main parking lot at all sites and wearing masks when required within hospital/clinical buildings and rooms
• Providing a closeout package with detailed calibration certification results
