Description
The State of Colorado is seeking a contractor to perform mine closure work at the Ponderosa Mine. The project involves safeguarding 14 new features and 2 maintenance features using various closure methods. The contractor will be required to provide a project schedule, submit weekly progress reports, and conduct daily safety meetings. The project is expected to start on April 20, 2026, and be completed by June 26, 2026. The contractor must have experience with mine closure and safeguarding projects and must provide a list of equipment to be used on the project. Some key features of the project include:

The contractor must also develop and implement a Project Safety Plan, which will be reviewed and approved by the Project Manager.
