Risk Management Course Development

Texas State University is seeking a qualified vendor to develop a complete, high‑quality curriculum for six new Risk Management courses that will become part of a new Risk Management concentration within the university’s Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science (BAAS) degree. The work includes full course design, instructional content, assessments, multimedia resources, and integration with the university’s Canvas LMS, all while meeting accreditation and accessibility standards. The contract period runs from early August to mid‑November 2026, with a submission deadline of 17 June 2026. • Develop six 3‑credit‑hour course packages (syllabi, lesson plans, assessments, reading lists, multimedia, etc.) • Ensure materials are Canvas‑compatible, ADA‑accessible, and ready for university curriculum approval • Deliver all deliverables within a 4‑month performance period (≈ 3 months of work) • Comply with Texas state procurement requirements, including VetHUB subcontracting plan (if contract > $100 k) and non‑collusion affidavit • Follow Net 30 payment terms after invoicing; no upfront payment
