Kennesaw State University is seeking a qualified consultant firm to develop two coordinated but distinct master plans for Sports & Recreation and Athletics Facilities. The selected firm will provide professional consultant services, including design elements, stakeholder engagement, and operational analysis. The project aims to establish a long-term strategy for enhancing KSU's indoor and outdoor recreational, fitness, wellness, and intercollegiate athletic facilities.
• The master plans will be developed in parallel by the same consultant team, with clearly defined scopes and stakeholder groups.
• The project will incorporate sustainable design and construction concepts where feasible.
• The consultant team is expected to be in-person for major milestone engagement and presentations.
• The selection process will be based on the firm's relevant project experience, qualifications, and apparent suitability to provide services for the project.
