Description
The NIH is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price, non‑competitive maintenance contract for the Avidity RO laboratory system and its Watchdog remote‑monitoring component. The awardee will provide a 12‑month service agreement that includes preventive‑maintenance inspections, OEM‑approved parts replacement, 24/7 technical support, software updates, and on‑site repairs with rapid response times. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor (Avidity Science is the intended awardee) but quotations are being accepted from any qualified contractor capable of meeting the requirements.
• Provide two preventive‑maintenance inspections and two Preventative‑Maintenance Kits over a 12‑month period.
• Supply OEM‑approved replacement parts, labor, travel, and unlimited telephone support; emergency on‑site service must respond within 48 hours.
• Deliver software updates and ensure continuous remote monitoring functionality for the Avidity RO system.
