Town of Marana Water Reclamation Facility Fill Dirt Removal

The Town of Marana is seeking parties to remove approximately 400,000 cubic yards of clean fill dirt from an active construction site. The dirt will be available on an ongoing first-come, first-served basis to those willing to provide all necessary equipment, labor, transportation, and other expenses associated with participating in the removal of dirt from the site. Interested parties must contact Rudy Torres, Town of Marana Procurement Officer, and will be required to enter into an agreement with the Town. • The dirt will be stockpiled at a rate of approximately 20,000 cubic yards per day beginning around mid-February 2026 through mid-April 2026, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until 2:30 PM. • The available dirt per day may vary depending on construction needs at the site. • The parties must provide all necessary equipment, labor, transportation, and other expenses associated with participating in the removal of dirt from the site.
