Description
The Town of North Hempstead is seeking qualified contractors to bid on Pavement Marking. This is a requirements contract with no minimum mandatory purchases or service requests. The contract will be for two years with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The contractor will be required to provide various pavement marking services, including removal of old markings, installation of new markings, and other related tasks. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage rates.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by the Town.
• The contractor must comply with all safety protocols and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a certified payroll to the Town on a monthly basis.
• The contract may be extended for two additional one-year periods at the discretion of the Town.
