Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services – Small Municipalities and Limited Population Counties (SMLPC) Grant Program

Yazoo County, Mississippi is seeking qualified engineering firms or individual engineers to provide full‑service engineering support for projects funded under the Small Municipalities and Limited Population Counties (SMLPC) Grant Program. The selected engineer will handle all phases from design through construction close‑out, including preparation of plans and specifications, bid package development, bid opening assistance, contract execution support, pre‑construction conferences, construction inspection, periodic reporting, and payment certification. Proposals are evaluated on qualifications, experience, and capacity to perform.
