The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District is conducting a market‑intelligence RFI to gauge industry interest and capability for three separate Army Reserve construction projects delivered under a Construction Management at Risk (CM@Risk) model using Other Transaction Authority (OTA). The three projects are: (1) a 46,000 SF, 300‑soldier collective training barracks at Devens, MA (estimated $35‑45 M); (2) a 19,000 SF Area Maintenance Support Activity shop at Fort Sheridan, IL (estimated $30‑40 M); and (3) a 1,500 SF parachute‑drying tower at Patton USARC, Bell, CA (estimated $5‑15 M). The Government seeks capability statements, OTA experience, CM@Risk approach, and technical expertise related to military barracks, heavy‑equipment maintenance facilities, and specialized climate‑controlled shops. Responses are to be submitted via an online survey form by 05 Oct 2026.
