Description
The Beaverton School District is seeking a general contractor to renovate two sets of student restrooms at Bethany Elementary School. The project includes demolition of existing fixtures and finishes, installation of new fixtures and finishes, and preservation of surrounding building structures. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. The project is expected to start in June 2026 and be completed by August 2026.
• The project includes a pre-bid conference, which is non-mandatory.
• The contractor will be required to provide a bid bond and performance bond.
• The project is subject to prevailing wage rates and the contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor will be required to provide a retention bond and the retainage for the project will be 5%.
• The contractor will be required to comply with the District's rules and regulations, including those related to safety, inclusivity, and respect.
