The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is accepting applications for the Title IV-E Prevention Accelerator Grants. The goal of this program is to accelerate the implementation of prevention services under the title IV-E prevention program. Recipients will strengthen agency-level capacity to draw down sustainable title IV-E funding for prevention services within 18 months. The program will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of system-level solutions that strengthen agency capacity and address implementation challenges. Key activities include selecting and implementing evidence-based prevention services, developing title IV-E claiming and reimbursement infrastructure, building provider capacity and referral pathways, and establishing data and reporting infrastructure.
• The program will provide funding for up to 10 awards, with a minimum award amount of $300,000 and a maximum award amount of $750,000.
• The program will support a coordinated set of implementation activities, including the development or enhancement of title IV-E claiming infrastructure, reimbursement and financing strategies, and the establishment of sustainable provider networks and referral pathways.
• Recipients will be expected to participate in a learning community with other award recipients and share lessons learned with the field.
• The program will prioritize applications that demonstrate a clear understanding of ACF's vision, mission, values, priorities, and guiding principles, and that propose projects that align with these priorities.
