LCSD Used Service Weapons Trade

The Lexington County is seeking bids for the trade of used service weapons. The bid submission deadline is 3/20/2026 03:00:00 PM (ET). Bidders must submit their proposals in accordance with the conditions stated in the solicitation. The bidder must certify that their proposal is made without prior understanding, agreement, or connection with any corporation, firm, or person submitting a proposal for the same materials, supplies, or equipment. • The bidder must comply with Section 12, Chapter 54 of the SC Code of Laws 1976, as amended, relating to payment of any applicable taxes. • The bidder must provide their company name as registered with the IRS, authorized signature, correspondence address, printed name, city, state, zip, title, date, and telephone number. • The bidder must provide their Lexington County vendor number, or complete the section for remittance address, city, state, zip, fax number, telephone number, toll-free number, federal tax ID number, and SC sales tax number if applicable.
