Linear Infrastructure Design Basic Ordering Agreement

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking a consultant to provide linear infrastructure design services for its water and sewer pipeline infrastructure. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing planning, design, and permitting services to support WSSC's reconstruction program goals.
