Purchase of Landfill Gas Collection System Appurtenances - Re-Solicit

The Escambia County Waste Services Department is seeking to purchase and have delivered pneumatic pumps with all required appurtenances for operation in landfill gas wells for leachate removal. The pumps will be used as replacements and repairs to the existing landfill gas wellfield system. The scope of work includes the purchase and delivery of 15 pneumatic pumps with well head seals and all required fittings to Perdido landfill. The pumps must be designed for leachate and landfill gas condensate systems and be able to work in high temperature environments. • The pumps must be bottom loading with inlet screen and resistant to leachate. • The pumps will have screens, casings, fittings, hoses, and hardware packages. • 6" well head seals will also be needed. • The application is for landfill gas extraction wells. • The specifications include bottom loading, high operating temperature, and leachate resistant coating/materials. • The liquid pumping range is between 10-18 gpm. • Accessories include 1", 1/2", and 5/8" hose connectors, 1", 1/2", and 5/8" tubing, air kit assembly, pump cycle counter, and liquid level indicator. • A 5-year warranty is required.
