Bid - ML Lobby Floor recoating

The Washtenaw Community College is seeking bids for the recoating of the lobby floor in the Morris Lawrence Building. The project involves grinding the Terrazzo flooring, applying a matte finish sealer, and completing the work over the upcoming holiday break. The bid must include all services and costs necessary to meet the business and technical requirements of the project, including shipping and handling charges. The college reserves the right to award the bid to one or more vendors and to reject any and all bids in whole or in part. • The project requires the grinding of approximately 6,600 sq. ft. of Terrazzo flooring. • A matte finish sealer must be applied to the area. • The vendor is preferred to bring their own generator to run the grinding machine. • The work should be completed over the upcoming holiday break. • The bid must include all shipping, handling, and delivery charges. • The college is a member of E & I, OMNIA Partners, NJPA, MI Deal, REMC, NIGP, and NAEP, and vendors are asked to include any educational discounts or rebates available.
