The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Electrical Parts, Supplies & Service on an "as needed" basis for the period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031. The solicitation is open to outlets, switches, boxes, fuses, surge protectors, wire, conduit, ballasts, testers, and meters, all lighting fixtures and accessories, bulbs, tape, and any other goods and services associated with electrical. EPIC6 seeks to award responsive, responsible proposals that score a minimum evaluation score of 70 points, considering factors such as price, availability, delivery, and quality of goods and services. • The proposal should include pricing information, product descriptions, and any other relevant details. • The evaluation criteria include purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of goods and services, total long-term cost, extent to which the goods and services meet the needs, vendor's past relationship, impact on the ability of the EPIC6 member to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses, and experience. • EPIC6 reserves the right to award multiple vendors for each solicitation and to extend the proposal deadline for any reason. • The successful vendor(s) will be required to provide equal pricing to all EPIC6 members, regardless of the quantity of product or service purchased.
