Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide a CD/DVD burner system for the Asheville VA Medical Center. The system must be able to burn both CD and DVD media, support standard formats, and have an embedded PC/controller with preloaded software. The system must also be able to import, index, and merge DICOM images into the VA PACS system and burn them to media. The vendor must provide on-site installation, configuration, and training for VA personnel.
• The system must be able to burn a minimum of 100 discs per day
• The system must have the ability to create custom labels based on VA needs
• The system must offer encryption and anonymization capabilities for exported media
• The system must be compatible with the VA PACS system and be DICOM compliant
• The vendor must provide a minimum of 1 year warranty period with support service included
