Change Order Notice - MAPD Aetna

The State of Illinois, Central Management Services (CMS), is posting a change order notice for the Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) plan. The change order is due to the passing of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2022, which altered the distribution of Part D costs among plans, manufacturers, and the government. As a result, the rate will increase. The notice includes two items: SEGIP MAPD rate increase PEPM (quantity represents 101,704 x 24 months) and CIP/TRIP MAPD rate increase PEPM (quantity represents enrollment of 74,093 x 24 months).
