Description
The Lamar Community College is seeking bids for the upgrade of electrical systems and bathrooms at Todd-Burch Hall. The project requires bidders to use the provided bid form and to bid on all alternates. The bid shall not be modified or conditioned in any manner. The bidder is required to indicate the time from the date of the Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion and the period of time to finally complete the project from Substantial Completion to Final Acceptance. The bid security shall be a bond by a surety company, the equivalent in cash, or otherwise supplied in a form satisfactory for the State.
