Part 1 is the renovation of the Razran Hall Lab, Part 2 is the renovation of Razran Hall Behavioral Neuro and Molecular Cell Lab. Part 3 is the renovation of the Science Building Behavioral Neuro and Molecular Cell Lab. All three parts include asbestos abatement, selective demo, concrete and masonry, metals, finishes, sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and low voltage. Phasing Notes: TBD Project Labor Agreement: The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA.
