Lead-Sheathed Communication Cable Removal

The United States Space Force is seeking information from commercial sources for the removal of legacy lead-sheathed communications lines in order to reclaim underground ducts throughout Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), California. The contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of the abandoned in-place cable and associated appurtenances in accordance with the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided. The contractor will be required to provide a Statement of Capabilities, which demonstrates their ability to perform the requirements of the draft PWS. The contractor will also be required to provide information on their company, including their socioeconomic type and business size.
