SW District, City of Hollister, Sidewalk Improvements

The City of Hollister is seeking bids for the construction of a 5' wide sidewalk on the east side of Birch Rd. from the existing pedestrian crossing at Mall Rd. south to the intersection of Birch Rd. and Industrial Park Dr. The project includes all incidental related work. The contractor must pay the prevailing hourly rate of wages for each craft or type of work required to execute the contract as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. The contractor must also adhere to a schedule of minimum wages as determined by the United States Department of Labor. • The project requires a certified cashier’s check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% to be submitted with each proposal. • The City of Hollister reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. • The DBE Goal for this project is 0. • No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project.
