ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR PLANNED AND UNPLANNED ROADWAY AND BRIDGE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

The City of Englewood Public Works Department is seeking qualified contractors to perform on-call services for both planned and unplanned Roadway and Bridge Repair and Maintenance as a yearly contract. The contractor will be required to provide routine and emergency services, including trip charges, material markups, and equipment costs. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew annually. The city is looking for contractors with experience in construction, particularly in roadway and bridge repair and maintenance. • The contractor will be required to provide a rate sheet with current pricing for routine and emergency services. • The contractor will be required to provide at least three project examples completed in the last five years. • The contractor will be required to provide information on their company's insurance, bonding, and financial capabilities. • The contractor will be required to fill out a detailed financial statement and furnish any other information requested by the city. • The contractor will be required to enter into the city's standard contract or purchase order.
