Concrete Street Light Poles 2026 Bid Request

The City of Bismarck is seeking bids to provide Concrete Street Light Poles. The city requires the poles to be delivered to the City of Bismarck Street light pole storage area located at the Solid Waste Facility. The poles must meet the City of Bismarck Standard Specification, and the bid prices should include shipping costs. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities or deviations from specifications. • The city is looking for two types of street light poles: Type BL and Type L & L1. • The poles must be precast, pre-stressed spun concrete, direct embedded, octagonal, and tapered. • The city requires a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent of the total amount bid. • The city will deduct $50 per day for delayed delivery. • The bid will be awarded on the lowest Total Sum based on the street light pole quantities and descriptions listed on the bid sheet.
