Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide landscape services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Moon Township, PA. The services include mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, overseeding, and other grounds maintenance tasks. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds to present a neat and professional appearance. The period of performance is from the date of award to February 28, 2027, with four option years. The contractor will be paid on a monthly basis, with a total of nine equal monthly payments per contract year.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work.
• The contractor will be required to maintain the grounds to meet the quality and performance standards described in the statement of work.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing a site manager who will be the central point of contact with the government for performance of all work under this contract.
• The contractor will be required to submit schedules and plans to accomplish required services throughout the year.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining awareness of the growth of the grass and scheduling cutting/mowing operations as required to maintain its length to specification.
