Description
The City of Atlanta, Department of Aviation, is seeking a service provider to manage curbside operations for commercial ground transportation at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The scope of work includes managing taxis, limousines, shuttles, rideshare services, and other ground transportation operators, as well as providing customer service, traffic control, and revenue collection. The selected operator will be responsible for staffing and managing the curbside area, including hiring and training personnel, managing equipment and facilities, and ensuring compliance with airport rules and regulations.
