Description
The West Virginia Parkways Authority seeks a qualified vendor to supply a single, trailer‑mounted crack‑sealer unit with a minimum 250‑gallon material capacity. The unit must meet detailed technical specifications—including diesel engine with electric start, hydraulic system delivering 70 CFM at 125 psi, insulated heating system, safety shutdown features, and a “no‑valve” design—and be delivered to the Authority’s Beckley location within 90 calendar days of contract award. The award includes provision of comprehensive operator and service manuals, on‑site training for Authority personnel, and a warranty/service support plan covering parts and labor discounts for the first year. Evaluation will be based on technical compliance, training, delivery schedule, price, and warranty/service support.
