The General Services Administration (GSA) is soliciting quotations for a single solid‑state 400 Hz aircraft ground‑power frequency converter (FCX Systems PFC100 or equal) plus full installation, calibration, testing and training at Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado, CA. The product must meet detailed electrical performance specs (minimum 125 kVA/100 kW, dual‑output, protective features, environmental rating, etc.) and be delivered FOB destination within the United States. The award will be made to the lowest technically acceptable price; only one quote per vendor is permitted.
