The Red Clay Consolidated School District is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the entire flat‑roof system on William Lewis Elementary School. The scope includes demolition of the existing EPDM and built‑up roofing, preparation of the roof deck, and installation of a fully‑adhered single‑ply EPDM membrane over approximately 34,000 sf, together with associated metal flashing, skylights, roof access ladders, expansion joints, and all required accessories.
