The Department of Water Resources seeks a qualified contractor to provide on‑demand digital printing and finishing services—including large‑format plotter output, laminating, mounting, binding, and custom cutting—for engineering and operational documents. The contractor must operate a facility within 30 mi of the DWR headquarters in Sacramento, own all required large‑format equipment, and be able to deliver finished items within five business days of a service order. The contract is a three‑year base period with an optional two‑year renewal, and includes mandatory DVBE and small‑business preferences.
• Service categories: color plotter output, Sintra and canvas printing, hot/cold laminating, binding (spiral & hard‑bound), custom cutting/routing, and delivery.
