The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive vital‑records processing services for the Center for Health Statistics. The contractor must operate a multi‑channel system—including telephone/fax call center, an online ordering portal, a funeral‑home portal, in‑person self‑service kiosks, and mail processing—handle fee collection via paper checks, integrate all transactions with ADPH’s ViSION system, and support daily check printing at each site. Pricing is per‑transaction for each channel and will be evaluated on a “lowest cost” basis weighted by estimated annual volumes. The contract is initially for two years with optional extensions up to a total of five years, and any newly‑requested service must be operational within 60 days of ADPH’s request.
